These terms apply to business users who register for and use the HYRPRO B2B platform. They are starter operating terms for the local HYRPRO site and should be reviewed before production use.

Company accounts

Companies must provide accurate contact, company, fleet, pricing and bank-transfer information. The person submitting the registration confirms they are authorised to create and manage the company account.

B2B job management

HYRPRO B2B lets companies create jobs, issue secure customer links, manage trailer requirements, prepare quotes and invoices, record bank-transfer payment status and manage cross-hire activity. Prices, trailer availability, payment requirements and job details remain under the company account holder’s control.

Quotes, invoices and payment

Quotes and invoices may include trailer line items, VAT, amounts already paid and balances due. Where bank transfer is used, a job or payment is not treated as paid until the company confirms receipt of funds in its bank account.

Cross-hire

Cross-hire requests are business-to-business requests between approved companies. A request may be requested, rejected, amended or approved. The receiving company is responsible for confirming whether it can fulfil the requested trailer supply.

Company responsibilities

Companies are responsible for complying with applicable laws, insurance requirements, vehicle and trailer safety obligations, customer communication, accurate pricing and fulfilment of confirmed jobs.

Changes and suspension

HYRPRO may update the platform, pause access, correct errors or suspend accounts where needed to protect customers, companies or the platform.
