Follow delivery, active hire, extensions, collection and completion from your portal.

Privacy and payment

HYRPRO provides the marketplace technology while customers and operators remain responsible for the hire itself.

Operators receive the hire requirements without the customer's direct contact details.

The accepted operator receives customer and site contact details only after payment is complete.

The operator receives its share through the connected payment account, with HYRPRO commission separated.

Does requesting a match cost anything?

No. Sending the initial request is free. Payment is only requested after an operator accepts and the full booking price is shown.

When does the operator receive my details?

Your direct contact and delivery-site details are released to the accepted operator only after payment is complete.

What happens if no operator accepts?

The request remains unbooked and no payment is taken. You can adjust the requirements or dates and request another match.

Can I extend an active hire?

Yes. Request an extension from the customer portal at least 24 hours before the scheduled end. The operator can accept or reject it.
