Marketplace refund responsibility

Each trailer company chooses whether it offers refunds and, where enabled, whether an individual accepted hire is refundable. The applicable terms are shown before payment and must be accepted at checkout.

Non-refundable hires

If a company does not offer refunds, or accepts a request as non-refundable, hire charges cannot be refunded. Refundable damage deposits are handled separately after collection.

Company-issued refunds

For a refundable hire, the trailer company can issue a refund through its booking portal. HYRPRO marketplace commission is retained and deducted from the amount returned. Payment-provider processing times may apply.

Damage deposits

Damage deposits are reviewed after collection and may be refunded in full, refunded in part, or retained against an approved damage claim under the booking terms.
